Rocket Radio Sales, operated by MyFit4Challenge LLC DBA Rocket Radio Sales (“we,” “us,” “our”), provides lead capture, automated follow-up, landing page creation, and campaign management services for local businesses (“Clients”). Consumers who interact with our landing pages or text messaging services are referred to as “Users.”
By using our services, submitting a form on our landing pages, texting a keyword to our number, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Consent to receive text messages is obtained when you: (a) submit a form on one of our campaign landing pages, which includes SMS consent language, or (b) text an opt-in keyword (e.g. “ROCKET”) to our designated phone number.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You may also contact us at support@rocketradiosales.com to opt out.

All content, design, software, and branding on our platform are the property of Rocket Radio Sales and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Campaign content (scripts, landing page copy, follow-up sequences) generated through our platform for a Client's business is licensed to that Client for use in connection with their advertising.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved. The businesses featured on our landing pages are independent entities; Rocket Radio Sales is not responsible for the products, services, or conduct of advertised businesses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Radio Sales and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services, regardless of the theory of liability.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rocket Radio Sales from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) shall survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Joseph County, Indiana.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
